The Peekskill Brewery
Stopped in on Saturday for a beer. Had the Paramount Pale Ale - it was excellent. Nice hop aroma and citrus character, but not overly bitter. Every bit as good as those I've had in the Pacific Northwest. Also tasted the Vanilla Bourbon Stout, which was nice - malty, but not really sweet. The bartender (didn't get his name) was very enthusiasti...
